Client Privacy Commitment

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is shared only with those employees with whom it is necessary in order to perform the services you hire us to do. State and federal laws, and standards of the CPA profession also pledge us to keep your information confidential.

We do not disclose confidential information about any current or former clients, or related entities, without their prior approval, unless required by a legal authority to divulge such information. In addition, we have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential data. Records created in connection with work done on your behalf are kept for six years, after which they are shredded, erased, or otherwise destroyed.

As your CPA, we are required to keep all engagement information confidential. Information you provide, or that is developed during the engagement, is not disclosed to anyone outside the firm without prior approval unless required by a legal authority. This applies even if you are no longer a client.

We take our privacy obligation to you very seriously and we value your trust. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact us.
